Right of withdrawal

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless an exception applies.

To start a return, please contact us by email at info@servitag.lt within 14 days after receiving your order. Please include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. The customer is responsible for packaging the returned item safely.

Personalized or custom-made products

Products that are made or customized specifically for the customer, including personalized designs or customized keychains, cannot be returned under the standard 14-day withdrawal right, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@servitag.lt. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

3D-printed product characteristics

ServiTag products are made using 3D printing. Small surface lines, minor texture differences, or slight visual variations may be present and are considered normal characteristics of the manufacturing process. These do not count as defects if they do not affect the function or usability of the product.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless required by applicable law or unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-collected parcels

If an order is not collected from a parcel locker or delivery point and is returned to us, we may refund the product price after receiving the returned item, but original shipping and any additional return/resending costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
