Shipping policy
ServiTag currently ships orders within Lithuania only.
Delivery method
Orders are delivered via parcel lockers or other available delivery methods shown at checkout. The available delivery options and final shipping price are displayed before payment.
Processing time
Orders are usually prepared and handed over for delivery within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Delivery time
After the order is handed over to the carrier, delivery within Lithuania usually takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, parcel locker availability, weekends, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Parcel locker delivery
If parcel locker delivery is selected, the customer must provide a correct email address and phone number. Delivery and pickup information may be sent by the carrier by SMS and/or email.
The customer is responsible for selecting the correct parcel locker and collecting the parcel within the time period set by the carrier. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, the customer may need to pay additional shipping costs for resending the order.
Incorrect delivery details
Please make sure all delivery details are correct before placing the order. If incorrect contact details, address or parcel locker information is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided after the order is prepared or handed over to the carrier.
